1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Successio website and your participation in any programme, workshop, or seminar offered by Successio ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in Thailand and operating at 83 Thep Krasattri Road, Ratsada, Phuket 83000.

By accessing this website or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or enrolling in our programmes.

2. Nature of Our Programmes

All content, materials, and sessions offered by Successio are educational and informational in nature. Nothing we provide constitutes professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to financial, legal, tax, investment, or estate-planning advice.

Our programmes are designed to help individuals and family businesses understand organisational processes, record-keeping practices, and continuity planning frameworks in general terms. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance from qualified practitioners for matters specific to their circumstances.

3. Enrolment & Booking

Enrolment in a Successio programme is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us following your enquiry or registration. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding booking.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry at our discretion. Programme availability is subject to change, and we may reschedule or cancel sessions where circumstances require. Where we cancel a confirmed session, we will offer a suitable alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid.

4. Fees & Payment

Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials listed in the programme description. Fees must be paid in full before participation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are non-refundable once attendance has taken place. If you are unable to attend a confirmed session, please contact us as early as possible. Where notice is given at least seven days before the session date, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer your booking to a future date. No transfer or refund will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of the session.

Fees are subject to change. Updated pricing will be reflected on this website; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Programme Materials

Materials provided as part of a programme — including checklists, templates, and facilitation guides — are for participants' personal and internal organisational use. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or offered commercially without our prior written consent.

All intellectual property in our materials remains the property of Successio. Attendance at a session does not transfer any rights in those materials beyond their intended personal use.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees throughout all sessions. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

Recording of sessions by audio, video, or any other means is not permitted without express written permission from Successio.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability, or in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, and the content may be updated at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Successio shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your participation in our programmes, your use of our materials, or your reliance on information presented during sessions.

Our programmes are educational only. Any decisions you make regarding family records, business processes, or related matters based on information presented in our sessions are made at your own discretion and responsibility.

This website may contain links to external websites for reference or convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and a link does not constitute an endorsement.
